Overview
Corporate Tax Senior Manager Top 10 Accountancy Practice Up to £80,000 London With an already well-established corporate tax department, this leading independent and internationally recognised accounting firm is looking to further their growth of the team. As a result, they are seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager in London. As Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will play a vital part in helping the firm achieve its strategic goal of being recognised as a tax led business. This will be done through maximising existing clients, as well as capitalising on prospective clients. Responsibilities will include: Liaison with client Partners and audit staff on corporate tax matters Assisting Partners and colleagues with special projects Advising clients on a variety of issues including planning opportunities In addition to the above, there will also be opportunities to work directly with Partners on project-based work, which could include; Corporate reorganisations, Acquisitions and Disposals, International tax planning and Share related incentives. The successful individual will be CTA qualified, with ACA being highly desirable. In addition, detailed knowledge and experience of a breadth of UK corporation tax matters is a must.
