Overview

If so, this could be the role for you. We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to work for one of our NHS clients in Leeds. The role is covering a secondment and is initially for a 6-9 months period. The main duties will reverberate around providing a business partnership service to the organisation. This will include: Leading particular services/departments on HR procedure and processes. Giving and providing coaching to colleagues on HR advice and procedures. Attending and leading hearings and consultations. Supporting particular change programmes. Making decisions on complex and/or contentious issues. Developing and writing HR policies. Providing complex management reports. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and have previous experience of change situations (esp TUPE transfers).
