Job description: Fyte are delighted to be working in partnership with an award winning accountancy firm, based in Edinburgh. Due to an increase in workload, caused by current economic conditions, my client are looking to add a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to join their IT?team. This team primarily looks after all internal IT infrastructures as well as offers external IT consultancy services to clients. This role requires an enthusiastic and organised IT professional who can be the first point of contact when internal and external users contact the Helpdesk. This role is originally set out to be a 3 month contract, with the possibility of extension/permanancy on offer after this. Responsibilities include: - Logging calls from the Helpdesk, and resolving or escalating issues. ?? - Supporting internal and external applications. - Track and maintaining hardware/software inventory. - Remote access support. - User account set-up and configuration.
