Overview
We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Director level development professional to join an entrepreneurial commercial real estate investment management and advisory firm in London. Our client has a requirement for an additional person to join the exiting development team and work alongside the lead Partner. The successful individual will have experience in all aspects of the development process and will take schemes from inception through to completion of the project. You will have experience of working on developments of a mixed use nature that are typically £10m to £150m in value. Co-ordinate project due diligence and financial feasibility studies Carry out development and investment appraisals on new and existing projects Liaising and managing external consultants from the planning stage through to delivery Effective reporting to investors and stakeholders Experience across Residential, Commercial, Education, Public Realm, Mixed Use This is a great client side opportunity for someone who is a team player, has strong communication skills, displays humility and ambition.
