Overview

Macdonald & Company have been instructed on a Property Manager vacancy based in the City of London on an office portfolio. As a newly qualified property manager or someone with a few years post qualified experience under your belts you will be driven and ambitious looking for your next challenge. You will work in a team of 9 other property managers being ultimately responsible for office assets across the City of London with some European travel. Reading leases, dealing with reconciliations and creating/managing the service charge budgets will all be part of your remit. You will be well remunerated for the position as well as it being incredibly autonomous, managing your own work load and communicating with clients daily.
