Overview

Our client are has an immediate requirement for a Property Management Surveyor ideally with 3-5 years PQE to be based in their central London offices. The successful applicant will be motivated, have planning and organisational skills, the ability to manage his/her own time, good inter-personal skills and it is vital that the individual must be a team player. You will also be responsible for Licences for alteration, rent concessions & arrangements, Tenant Compliance, liaising with brokers, section 20 notices, budgeting and invoicing. £48,000 bens.
