Overview

One of the world's leading property consultancies and top 10 employers of Town Planners in the UK is looking to appoint an Associate Planner to the team due to a sharp increase in instructions and evolving client portfolio. The Associate Planner will be working as part of one of the leading Planning teams in London, you will be advising many private sector clients including developers, funds, investors and landowners on major projects that include estate renewal masterplans, tower redevelopments and new town centre schemes. You are expected to manage large-scale projects whilst leading a team of junior colleagues and reporting to senior Directors. You will also have an ability to present expert and reasoned advice through the use of excellent communication skills, written and verbal. You will have worked in the private sector and have led on major planning applications in previous roles. As an Associate Planner, the successful individual will be expected to have a minimum of 5 years' post chartership experience and a strong understanding of the UK planning system with a particular focus on London projects.
