Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support engineer to join their expanding technical support team in Stoke-on-Trent. The focus of this role will be to assist with the development, maintenance and support of a diverse IT infrastructure. In this position you will work with 3rd parties; design integrate and test new technologies and communicate directly with internal customers to manage expectations and set deadlines. You will be proactive in identifying and improving systems where needed and escalate issues to the IT Operations Manager when required. To be considered for this role you will ideally have: Several years of experience working in a 3rd Line support capacity; Experience with cloud technologies; Knowledge of Avaya phone systems; Be able to work with Windows, Office 365 and Core networking services; An IT related degree.
