Overview
Rullion are currently recruiting for a Change Analyst to join a growing business in Warrington. This role will sit within the Control, Technology and Operations teams and will require a confident individual who is looking to make the next step in their career and join a company that offer progression and development. Accountabilities: Record, analyse and distribute requirements in a clear and concise format Map new and existing processes, working with Control team to identify risks and control points Helping to translate new system functionality and business processes into a language that an end-user will understand to bring about change Responsible for the education and roll out of new changes to the business Provide support to business end users once the change has been implemented Create, maintain and update the business process library ensuring effective communication and buy in across the business Ownership and validation of change control documentation, dashboards and data tables Undertake administrative tasks as specified by the Change Manager & support with the application of Change Management processes and tools Actively promote continuous improvement Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics About You: Ability to understand a variety of complex systems and business processes quickly Demonstrable experience of shaping and moulding requirements for changes Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Experience with organisational change efforts Organised, with for accuracy and effectiveness Clear communicator with an ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences Excellent listener Natural problem solver, and experience of root cause analysis and identification Experienced Analyst with full understanding of Project lifecycle and methodologies For further details, please contact me on 01616013311 or send your CV.
