Overview

Regional HR Business Partner £45,000 car Birmingham A leading Engineering organisation with an unparalleled reputation is seeking a commercially astute HR Business Partner. Based from Head Office in Birmingham you will be required to travel as part of the role, with roughly 2 – 3 days per week required at other sites (this will however fluctuate depending on issues and/or support required by internal stakeholders). With the decision having been made by the business to improve the service offered by HR and upskill the Management population, the timing of the recruitment for this HRBP is paramount to the future success of the business. Supporting a nationally dispersed sales force, and with sales Directors as stakeholders, you will provide a holistic HR service, ensuring Managers are better able to deal with and address their own people issues, whilst acting as a true Business Partner. To be considered for this role you will: Be able to and prepared to travel on a weekly basis as part of the role; Have strong stakeholder management skills; Be commercially focused, having worked within a commercial setting previously.
