UK PPP & PFI Account Director job, City, up to £100,000, working for a Global Lloyd's Broker Your new company Your new job working as an Account Director, focusing on UK Infrastructure and Construction risks, will be working for a leading Global Lloyd's Brokers based in the heart of the City. Your new Brokers operate on every continent with 40,000 employees in 140 countries and are committed to delivering results to their clients and building long term relationships. Your new division are part of one of the leading international insurance brokers and professional risk consultants to the global construction industry, provide advisory and insurance/risk management services to contractors, sponsors, developers, financiers and professional consultants for business generated in the UK. Due to the substantial growth within the UK Infrastructure Division, a permanent position as an Account Director has a risen. Your new role Your new your new job working as an Account Director, with your main focus being on UK Infrastructure and Construction risks, means you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention of clients and new business development. You will manage and develop the client relationships and grow the portfolio. You will have the responsibility for providing the services to the client and will understand the clients' business and their risk management needs and look for solutions to deliver those needs. Grow existing portfolio by identifying new from existing opportunities and provide technical, industry and subject matter knowledge where required (nationally in UK and overseas). Other duties will include liaising with clients and build strong rapports and maintaining effective working relationships with Claims Advocates to effectively deliver clients' needs. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience within a similar position with a proven track record of delivering high levels of client service and knowledge of insurance and insurance markets will help contribute to securing this position. You will be skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists and you will have strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills. You will have good attention to detail and be an excellent team player who is able to work on their own initiative.
