Looking for a challenging HR & Recruitment Administrative career? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our Lyncroft Care Home based in Wisbech. The role will provide a central support service delivering HR and Recruitment expertise to the Home Manager and their Team, ensuring the smooth coordination of onboarding and professional HR advice is delivered effectively. This vital full time role will be key in ensuring communication throughout the home, operations teams and head office, whilst providing the wider administration support to the home and home manager, from invoicing and payroll to diary management and updating resident files. About You Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, be an effective communicator, professional, confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have: Experience of providing HR advice on a range of employment matters Experience of recruitment, candidate management and interviewing Good understanding of employment law Excellent administrative skills, with good attention to detail The ability to work on own initiative, self-organising and prioritising work loads The ability to work well within a team and able to communicate effectively Delivering exceptional customer service skills High attention to detail and proven track to successfully completing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience of using various IT packages with a proven high proficiency of MS packages.
