Overview

An experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer is required to join an established and accomplished team of professional IT Support professionals ASAP. Role: To provide technical support to a growing number of clients via phone, remote access, email and live chat To manage your tickets effectively Escalate support issues if necessary to ensure the highest standard of support is provided Report regular faults / support issues Devise and implement solutions to regular faults / support issues Manage systems installations Conduct on-site visits as required You will need: Excellent communications skills The desire to provide the highest level of technical support A willingness to learn new technology (ongoing on job training is provided) To be happy to manage systems installations To be happy to provide 2nd Line support via the help desk To travel to client sites when necessary Experience of working for an IT Managed Services Provider A driving licence My client offers a comprehensive benefits package including: Bonuses, Perks, Pension, Paid Sick Days, Paid Overtime and Free Parking.
