Overview
2nd Line Field Engineer Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Hyper-V, Mimecast, Sophos, Networking, DNS, DHCP. My client are a leading Essex based and fast growing IT Managed Services provider. Due to this growth they have a urgent requirement for a proven 2nd line Field Engineer. As 2nd Line Field Engineer you will spend part of your time working on client sites across Essex and part of London, and when not on site, you will be working as a point of escalation / part of the helpdesk. As 2nd Line Field Engineer you will have a solid client facing background with a broad range of technical skills across technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Hyper-V, Mimecast, Sophos, Networking, DNS, DHCP. Along side your proven technical ability you will have outstanding client facing and communication skills with a big focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
