Overview

This is an exciting opportunity within a large and newly established financial technologies company, who are experiencing an exceptional period of growth. Joining a busy and vibrant new contact centre in the High Wycombe HQ, you will become a key part of the customer account management team. After completing a full, detailed training programme your role will be to provide full account support to a loyal, ever growing customer base. Customer Care is at the focus of this role, having the vital people skills and experience in providing customer service is a must. Responsibilities include: Providing excellent customer service at all times Working as part of a larger team to provide full account support to a wide and varied customer base Taking predominantly inbound customer calls, answering queries and questions in a professional and timely manner Handling and resolving customer complaints Responding to customer enquiries and providing full product information Identify issues that require escalation, pass on this information appropriately Assist with any technical problems Making outbound customer calls as directed by your team leader Adhering to all internal and external regulations, at all times Following company guidelines and procedures at all times Work to targets, as set by your team leader Use a variety of channels in order to communicate with customers (Telephone, Email, Live Chat, Social Media) This is a real opportunity to establish a career in customer services and you could play a vital role within a large operation, if you: Have experience in a customer orientated position and/or within a phone based customer service role Are a strong written and verbal communicator, with a clear and concise telephone manner Are a friendly and personable individual, who is quick to build rapport Has gained experience working in retail, hospitality or contact centres Are a motivated self-starter, driven to succeed and over achieve Want to start a lasting career, full of development opportunities and reward Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service Are a problem solver, able to overcome difficult and challenging situations Are highly organised, with great attention to detail Can work in busy, highly pressured working environments Are a team player with a 'cando’ approach to work The Package £18,000 p/a Starting Salary Up to £300 p/m in Bonus payment available (Performance and Target dependant) 28 Days paid holiday (increasing with length of service) Company pension and health insurance scheme Mental Health support scheme Fast Track Career Pathway Plan (18 months) Long service reward programme Company Social Club
