Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Men / Tradesmen / Handyman Rate: £70 - £100 pd Location: Harrow & Uxbridge Start: ASAP The company: We are currently working with a specialist Contractor who has recently won a contract with local housing authorities. They require several Multi-Skilled Maintenance Men / Tradesmen / Handyman to assist with domestic proprties un the Uxbridge and Harrow area. Job Description: You will be required to travel to various sites alone or as a team to complete one or several of the below tasks Renovations Joinery Plastering & Dry-Lining Tiling Plumbing Experience / Requirements: Must have knowledge of ALL building works including but not limited to - Bathroom Installations Plumbing Tiling General building works Professional & Presentable 2 years’ experience in construction Own Van & Tools This position is immediately available with the intention to make a hire as soon as possible.
