Overview

H9 are proud to say we are currently supporting a leading Warrington based business with a HR Manager role that will be responsible for overseeing a small HR Generalist team that provides support for multiple sites across the UK. Balanced with this the HR Manager will lead on a number of key projects for the HR team as part of an exciting time of transformation for the business. You will have proven ability and track record in leading a team and have strong workflow management skills, and a strong customer service approach. You will act as the final point of escalation in HR operational matters, dealing with complex queries and concerns. You will need a strong understanding of generalist HR to ensure that your team is fully supported in carrying out their roles, constantly reviewing and improving their performance and the processes they follow. At a key time for the business the HR Director will be looking for the HR Manager to lead on a number of HR projects that will impact on the whole business, including the embedding and development of a new HR system. Skillset/Experience will include Strong knowledge of all HR processes within the employee lifecycle Ability to lead and support a team Ability to develop others Management of HR data and MI Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills HR Project skills and experience This is a fast moving and ambitious company, so you will need to be agile and be able to work under pressure.
