HR Assistant (Part Time) Reference: CWHRASSISTANT Location: Birchwood, Warrington Salary: 15.03ph Umbrella Job Type: Contract Job Duration: 3 months Contact Details: Charlotte Williams - - Capita Resourcing is the strategic resourcing business within Capita plc. The Role Work with HR Team to provide administrative support for the complete range of HR and services. This position will be working 25 hours per week. Key Accountabilities Arranging interviews with candidates Booking venues Sourcing dates for interviews with managers Advising when individuals have not been shortlisted Sending out the necessary CV's and interview packs Rejecting candidates following interviews Supporting the onboarding process; arranging medicals, liaising with security vetting and any other associates tasks Key Requirements Educated to at least GCSE level including English and Maths Strong administration skills with proven experience Strong communication and listening skills Discreet with a clear understanding of the requirement to maintain confidentiality at all times. Experience of working in a HR/learning & Development environment with basic awareness of current HR legislation issues would be beneficial but not essential.
