Telephone Handlers / Contact Centre Agents / Customer Service / Temp -4-6 week booking / Bristol / £15 pa- Night Shift- Due to the Coronavirus outbreak we are looking for up to 40 Telephone Call Handlers/ to handle the influx of calls comming in, we anticipate min 4 weeks possible to extend -£15 ph- Night Shifts - cover needed for 24 hours 7 x days a week. We are looking Telephone Handlers / Contact Center Agents to handle the inbound calls: As a Telephone Handler / Contact Centre Agent you will be: Job Responsibilities: • Dealing with inbound calls from the Public • Customer Service (on the phone) • Logging Calls on CRM / working on a dialer • General office administration • Giving Advice over the phone Preferred Skills: • Previously worked in in a health centre / Hospital / office / Contact Centre • Good administrative skills in a office environment • PC literate • Excellent telephone etiquette • Flexible attitude to work Personal Attributes: • Excellent interpersonal skills • Compassionate personality • Confident on the phone • Work well in a team • Able to work nights Salary, Hours and Benefits: • £15 pa- for Night Shift • Shifts over 7 days 24/7 • 37.5 hours per week • Temp min 4 weeks can extend To apply for the Telephone Handler / Contact Centre Agents please send in CV asap.
