The RAC contact centre are looking for some amazing new talent to come and speak with our customers in our iconic building based in the heart of Bradley Stoke, Bristol. RAC are looking for experience in sales and customer service, someone who works well towards KPI’s under pressure and has an outgoing, self-motivated personality. The purpose of this role is to take calls from RAC members who are looking at renewing their cover or expressing their wish to leave. It’s down to you to quickly and effectively reaffirm the features & benefits of RAC Breakdown Cover to keep them on board. To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who are comfortable at overcoming objections, able to demonstrate resilience in a fast pace sales environment whilst being empathetic and building rapport with our Members. RAC offer a first class, comprehensive training programme with a dedicated Training team, Managers and Coaches all working together to enhance your skills and behaviours to ensure you become the best Sales Advisor. You will have the flexibility to work shifts on a full time basis which are - Monday - Friday between 08.00am - 19.00pm & every other Saturday 09.00am - 17.00pm So, what are you waiting for?
