Job Title - Commercial Account Handler Contract - Permanent Salary - GBP40,000 Location - Birmingham Industry - Insurance, Broking, Account Handler, Commercial The Role: Our client is seeking a Commercial Account Handler. You will be supporting account executives and the branch director in developing and maintaining client and insurer relationships to maximise business opportunities. Responsibilities: - You will place commercial lines business within your authority limits in the approved markets, refer unusual cases to a senior colleague or head office, adhere to policies and procedures as detailed in the compliance handbook and undertake other reasonable duties as requested by management on an ad-hoc basis. Experience: - To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 5 years experience working within a commercial account handling role. - The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a strong communicator with outstanding customer service skills, work well as a team and be able to plan and organise own workload. - It would be desirable if you have or are working towards CII. - Experience using Acturis would be advantageous. - Full job description is available upon request.
