Overview
Reports to: Operations Manager JOB PURPOSE/PROFILE The role involves processing and progressing all orders from preliminary documentation through to delivery and acceptance by the customer, together with all licence/export documentation and invoicing. Ensuring that high levels of productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction are maintained at all times. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Dealing with all Distributor’s and Customer’s enquiries in a timely and professional manner Using the Company software to process all orders Liaising with the warehouse to check stock availability and order fulfilment Providing aftercare support to customers Handling customer's enquiries/queries updates via telephone and email Liaising extensively with clients and building successful long term business relationships Assisting with Carrier bookings Being instrumental to Operational calls Attending daily Operational calls KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Previous experience of working in Export and a high-level Administrative role The ability to prioritise workload without supervision Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Outstanding Customer Service skills Working knowledge of Microsoft suite Excellent reporting skills Knowledge of warehouse operations (desirable) Attention to detail Experience in Stock Control If you meet the criteria above and are interested in and use to working in a fast paced organisation then click apply now and joinourwinningteam
