Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading City firm looking for a Paralegal to join their highly regarded Corporate team. The firm are well known for developing their Paralegals and guiding them through the Training Contract process. The successful candidate will work closely with Associates and Partners within Corporate, by drafting agreements, including board minutes and commercial agreements, conducting research, creating summaries, managing deal rooms, due diligence and attending client meetings with the fee earners in the Corporate team. The ideal candidate Corporate Paralegal will have prior Corporate experience. Paralegals with a background in other transactional areas are also encouraged to apply.
