Overview

Fronting Reinsurance Technician OA Executive has partnered with a growing insurance business who are currently looking to recruit for a Fronting Reinsurance Technician to join their growing team based in London. With a global focus, this business is looking for the successful candidate to support the Head of Partner Management to manage regulatory compliance for all fronting arrangements. You will be responsible for managing the reinsurance flow, premiums and claims, for all GBG fronting arrangements. This is an incredibly varied role, which will include the following: Work closely with Head of Partner Management to ensure documentation is in place for all fronting arrangements, including but not limited to: reinsurance, intercompany, service, delegated authority and TPA agreements Work closely with the business and perform quality checks to validate the Premium Breakdown Tool and Commission Module to ensure accurate recording of premiums, taxes, commissions and fees for all fronting arrangements Validate that claims accurately reflect retentions Understand all fronting reporting requirements and work with Business Intelligence (BI) to set parameters for premium, risk and claims bordereaux Perform base level testing on all existing and new bordereaux for accuracy and monitor on an ongoing basis Produce bordereaux / reports as prescribed in fronting agreements and manage delivery timelines Record and monitor SLA's. Produce reports to evidence adherence to agreed timelines Work with Finance to manage the accurate reconciliation of all payables, receivables and cash Chase outstanding collections either internally with Sales or externally as appropriate with direct interaction with Brokers and Fronters This role will see you joining a rapidly growing organisation who boast a fun and collaborative working environment, with a business who is expecting tremendous growth over the next 24 months. To be successful in your application you will have a proven background within reinsurance and Premium Flow Management. You will ideally have experience within multicurrency reporting and billing including consolidation to a common reporting currency. You will have previous managed accurate cession processing, accounting, administration and regulatory reporting. Any experience within Life, Health, Accident and Disability business with either a (re)insurer or a (re)insurance intermediary would be an advantage.
