Corporate Senior Solicitor Partnership Opportunity City of London A historic legal firm with a strong international presence, established over 200 years ago in a prestigious area of the City are seeking a Senior Solicitor to lead their Corporate team. The firm regularly advise entrepreneurs and SMEs on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Work ranges from corporate restructuring, finance, M&As, IPOs, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, buy-outs, licensing, asset management and franchising predominantly with a tech and e-commerce focus. It is expected that you will have at least 8 years' PQE dealing with corporate and commercial law matters within a city, national, large regional practice or within an in-house environment. You will be working within a strong Partnership, becoming an integral part of the team right away. You will enjoy direct client contact with key clients of the firm as well as contributing to building the department further by getting actively involved in the business development activities.
