Overview

Counted recruitment are currently supporting a large service led business based in Hall Green. This Finance Manager role will see you become a key part of the cash forecasting and reporting of the business. The role will include: Being a key part of the senior management team Oversee and develop cash forecasting across the business Develop reporting across the business utilising a range of internal and external stakeholders Key involvement in working capital reporting in a capital intensive company Support with a key ERP upgrade with exposure to senior stakeholders within the business Improve and develop internal processes Monthly intercompany balance reporting Manage a team of 3 Forecasting the companies currency requirements - hedging experience not required This role would suit an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified candidate, and candidates ideally will either be: A first time mover from a Big 4 / Top 20 firm or A candidate with strong cash reporting, modelling and working capital experience We feel this is a fantastic role and the main benefits of this role are: Excellent progression routes A fantastic large business Great office environment Non city centre location Strong staff loyalty Year on year growth Exciting client list REF: 655
