Overall purpose To review the overall design & function of the website to ensure our customers have the best shopping experience to drive sales and conversion across all sites. Constantly measure and review performance of the website and working closely with our agencies to maximise opportunities. Key result areas · Reporting into the User Experience Manager · Exploring new ideas on how to improve the customer journey throughout the website · Briefing in and developing design changes across the website · Be up to date on mobile experience and ecommerce trends, and suggesting improvements that could help customers in their online shopping experience · Assisting in setting up A/B tests and analysing results to optimise sales & conversion · Investigate and research the customer through insights and data, to understand their needs and deliver an experience that is a step ahead of those needs · Guiding the wider team on recommended improvements and best practise for an enhanced user experience · Assist in the testing process of new site functions, ensuring all tests have full UX and design support and deliver actionable insight aligned to our goals across all websites · Support the e commerce team to develop the future vision for the AI product · Support on other projects as required Personal Skills · Attention to detail · A willingness to grow and develop within the role · Good communicator at all levels, with the ability to tailor communication depending on the audience, influence those around you and help shape direction · Positive outlook and proactive approach to problem solving, with examples of using initiative · Excel & analytical skills are essential · Building effective working relationships across the business · Thrives in a fast-paced environment Technical Skills Research E-commerce Communication Search Engine Optimization (SEO) If you wish to apply for this vacancy, please send your CV and a covering letter.
