Courier Customer Service Clerk Well established International courier company in the Heathrow area are now recruiting for an experienced courier customer service clerk to join their team. To be considered you must have worked in an international courier customer services or operations role for a minimum of 1-2 years. Role functions will include: Responding to emails Providing service options & pricing info Taking customer bookings Arranging shipment insurance where applicable Liaising with service providers Handling customer queries, track & trace etc Updating in house systems with shipment info Candidate wishing to apply for this role must have the stated experience within the international courier/express industry, and be familiar with the stated role functions. Hours are Mon-Fri 0900-1730, salary is up to £25k based on the level of experience. If you don't hear from us your application has been unsuccessful.
