Operations Executive (Courier Communications)

Job Description
Stuart is a leading last-mile delivery platform that connects small and big businesses to a fleet of geolocalised couriers. We work across verticals with retailers, grocery stores, restaurants and eCommerce merchants to enable smarter transportation models. Our office is located in a beautiful co-working space Fora Space, 71 Central Street London EC1V 8AB. We're looking for an Operations Executive to join our fast-growing Courier Operations team, led by Camille Boulay. Your goal will be to maximise courier engagement by managing all communications to the community across several channels as well as developing and coordinating a programme of unique, high-impact engagement initiatives and events for several thousands of UK couriers. Responsibilities * Plan and execute courier communications content and strategy: you will be the gatekeeper for all communications, including process updates, website and social media channels, as well as the weekly email newsletter * Work closely with the City Managers in the City Operations team to support and facilitate face-to-face events * Set up and execute engagement initiatives aimed at improving the courier experience and maximising the positive impact on the business * Develop metrics for evaluating the quantitative impact of engagement and communications and present data-driven recommendations * Develop and structure feedback channels to effectively understand courier sentiment (challenges, concerns and motivations) Requirements * Bachelor in marketing, communication, journalism, or similar * 2+ years of working experience - in communications or operations a big plus! * You have excellent communication and written skills, to interact with a large fleet with a human touch * You are extremely organised.
