Network Delivery Supervisor UP TO £35K INCLUDING VAN (PETROL CARD INCLUDED) With over 25 years’ experience in the design, installation and maintenance of communication networks including copper, coaxial and fibre this company has seen a huge growth in demand for their services nationwide. They are a part of a major nationwide organisation offering similar services across all utility networks. With the rollout of the fibre network nationwide and the development of multiple housing units, there has never been such a huge demand for their services. This company now needs YOU to join their network deliveries team as a Supervisor in Bristol - South West to take on their Gigaclear projects, where you will be reporting to the Delivery Manager. The ideal Network Delivery Supervisor will have at least 3 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry and have supervised/managed operational Construction teams previously. The successful Supervisor will be responsible for the onsite supervision of teams in line with contract performance and quality standards. Liaising with the Project Manager and client representative’s you are responsible for ensuring all processes are followed, as well as to ensure work packages are handed over within the agreed customer SLA. This role would suit an experienced highways inspector or Construction Agent experienced in Utility Civil engineering. SKILLS REQUIRED: Strong skills in client management, planning, logistics, resource management and commercial controls. Minimum three years’ experience working within the Utilities industry preferably at a supervisor or Highway Inspector. Must have NRSWA Accreditation / CSCS qualifications. Good working Knowledge of work management systems and windows packages-(XP/Excel/Word) Financial awareness. Good awareness of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance Procedures, Roads and Street Works Act 1991, Construction Design Management Regulations and Section 74 Regulations. Able to work with complex technical drawings. Experience in surveying and detecting underground apparatus. Some prior Telecommunication Knowledge an advantage, especially in underground Cabling.
