Overview

Experienced Deputy Manager Nurse (NMC PIN essential) 38.5 hrs per week / £19.50 per hour. The Home provides 24-hour nursing, including palliative and respite care for the elderly. The home has been tastefully decorated throughout, with individual décor to each bedroom to meet the requirements and needs of each individual resident. There is a range of spacious communal areas including a large conservatory within a substantial airy lounge area and a tranquil, secluded garden offering a relaxing, homely and friendly atmosphere and a quiet retreat. The role will give you: 22 hrs on the floor & 16.5 hrs supernumerary, this over a 2-week rolling rota including alternate weekends. Key Responsibilities: · We are looking for someone that is confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ideally have significant previous Deputy Manager experience in older peoples care homes and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team. · Your caring and professional approach goes without saying, as does your strong work ethic, reliability and ability to build solid working relationships.
