Overview
Quality Assurance We are proud to represent a client in their search for a Quality Assurance Technician. The successful candidate will be joining their team in their central production facility. Quality Assurance Responsibilities: Weekly GMP audits Implementation and maintenance of high standards around Food Safety procedures. Review HACCP when required Ensure the site is fully compliant with Food safety guidelines Ensure the team adheres to daily production plans Maintain the site ‘audit ready’ Assist in regular administration and management of micro sample submissions, probe calibration and swabbing Ensure raw materials/products deliveries are assessed to the standards required. Audit Critical Control Points (CCPs), to ensure CCPs are under control Quality Assurance Person Specification: Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent. Ideally extensive FMCG industry experience in a similar role. Food Hygiene and HACCP Level 2 essential. Capable of working on own initiative & within a team environment.
