Overview

Are you an organised, community-minded individual who would like to help improve local transport services? Your new company My client, a local government organisation based in the Fens, are seeking a community-minded individual with experience dealing with projects to join their small team who are embarking on a number of projects to improve local transport links. Your new role Within this role you will be responsible for coordinating transport projects to bring greater accessibility for local people to community hubs. The role will involve working with key stakeholders within this and other public sector organisations as well local community groups and contractors delivering the projects. The role will also include promotion of the work of the team within the community. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in the role you will need to be community-minded with strong organisation and communication skills. Ideally you will have experience managing projects or delivering initiatives either in a personal or professional capacity, for example running charity or group events.
