Senior Development Manager - Midlands Developer
Overview
- Work with senior level, highly regarded property professionals - Manage existing portfolios and secure new sites for futre, long term developments - options & promotions Client Details A highly successful UK developer investing in its Midlands portfolio Operating in the residential and commercial sectors with short,medium and long term schemes to be taken forward through the development cycle Description Your role will be wide ranging and encompass all facets of development management. You will be responsible for working with the Partners to identify and secure new sites that complement the business growth plan. You will be awarded large mixed use sites for to manage - devising and implementing master plans, working with planning specialists, overseeing programmes of work, managing internal and external stakeholders, reporting on cots, managing legal processes and contracts, securing appropriate lease and disposals activities. Profile You will ideally have experience in a similar development management role - operating from end to end with an ability to identify and secure new land opportunities in the Midlands. You will have worked for a developer, house builder, prop co or consultancy - operating and advising on large scale development projects with experience of residential, commercial, strategic sites. You will understand the nuances of development appraisals, land purchase options and enjoy promoting sites through the system. You will be technically astute with the ability to influence legal processes, manage external professionals and ability to engage a senior level audience.
