Overview
This independent City practice would like to grow their corporate insurance practice through the hire of a junior level lawyer. The corporate insurance team advises several of the largest insurers and reinsurers in the sector. The focus of the practice is large and complex defined benefit pension de-risking transactions as well as a broad range of other insurance relate matters, including assisting with the insurance aspects of corporate transactions, litigation and restructuring. Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate a good grounding in insurance/reinsurance. Pensions related experience is desirable but not essential.
