Overview
LNR Future Solutions are currently recruiting a charge nurse with experience in acute brain injury. The position is within a small private mental health hospital who offers a specialist service to people with brain injury. The hospital offers specialised neuropsychiatric and psychological assessment to achieve positive and consistent rehabilitation. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a company who focus on the well-being of their service users and work with the service users to attain positive outcomes. The company provide a safe and secure environment ensuring the highest levels of support are met. This position is for an experienced nurse who can be either learning disability qualified or mental health qualified. You should have at least 3 years post qualification experience and experience with acute brain injury is essential. This is a great opportunity for a senior nurse to take the next step in their career Responsibilities: Manage positive behaviour and culture within the service Medication management Staff development Clinical supervision Communicate with staff, service users and families Administration and maintaining records The successful nurse must be: RNLD or RMN Experienced in supervising care staff Have at least 3 years post qualification experience including experience with acute brain injury.
