Overview
My client is a national firm with a superb corporate client base and a nationwide reach. Applications are invited from corporate law solicitors who have trained and gained experience in comparable city firms working alongside partners and senior associates of high repute. There is an award-winning culture and the firm is recognised for the way their staff are progressed and mentored. Joining a large Corporate Department spread across many sites, you will be working as a corporate law solicitor in a highly successful team handling national and international work relating to corporate, mergers and acquisitions and private equity work. You will have an outstanding academic record and, ideally, be at NQ-5 years' PQE. The work quality is the same across all the regions but Nottingham is the team the firm is looking to build up.
