Overview
I am recruiting on behalf of my client, based in central Birmingham, for an HR Employee Relations Caseworker to join their team for an initial period of 6 months. The successful applicant will coach and support managers across the business to resolve employee relations issues and queries and will manage their own caseload. Subject areas will include: Absence Disciplinaries/grievances Wellbeing management Performance/capability Redundancy TUPE Terms and conditions of employment Applicants should be CIPD qualified and have previous experience of working in an HR role with a focus on ER casework. Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and best practice is essential as the successful applicant will need to work autonomously, albeit with access to 2nd opinion/legal guidance.
