Position: Finance, Facilities & Resources Manager Location: London Start: March/April Role: Permanent Salary: £45,000 circa (depending on experience) We are working with a non-selective all girls’ secondary school based in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham who are part of a wider Multi Academy Trust. They are looking to appoint a Finance, Facilities and Resources Manager to start this Spring. You will join the Trust school business management team as Finance, Facilities and Resources Manager where you will be responsible for operational management and finance at one of the Schools and help them to maintain their “outstanding” school status. Essential to this leadership role, at a local level, is the delivery of key support services including General Office Admin, Finance, Site Management, Examinations, Assessment and Cover, Trips and Events, Learning Resources support and Student and Visitor Reception. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer the successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher and senior staff to contribute to the strategic direction of the school. A very high level of organisational skills is required. The ability to work both proactively and reactively when the circumstances require, is essential, as is the need to work under pressure with a friendly positive manner. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate both a proven ability in operational management, as well as experience of managing budgets, financial plans and financial reporting. You must be able to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role. You will assist with strategic planning, including all financial implications in accordance with the financial regulations and ensure that the school makes the best possible use of resources available, which includes responsibility for income generation. You will be supported by the Chief Operations Officer for our Multi Academy Trust who will provide strategic development in all key areas.
