Overview
Branch Manager Wanted -North London, up to £35K interviewing immediately We are currently working on behalf of a fantastic organisation specialising in elderly clients within domiciliary care. This organisation has developed a reputation for excellence of service to its clients and its excellent support to its staff. This branch provides 1500 hours of care per week and has 50 Carers on the books. What are they looking for? You might be an experienced Branch Manager or Registered Manager looking for a new challenge Ideally you will be a natural leader with compassion and excellent communication skills You will be required to work under pressure and be able to build relationships CQC experience would be beneficial Experience in managing staff teams NVQ Level 5, Level 4 or previous registration with CQC Commercial awareness Excellent communication skills Approachable, likeable and humble person The successful applicant will; Have a proven track record managing teams in a domiciliary care environment NVQ Level 5 preferably Have the right to work in the UK Have a clean DBS Live within a commutable distance the service (N17 area) Ensuring quality of care for clients The role Up to £35K per annum bonus 37 hours per week Increasing standards of care and kindness Increasing hours of care per week Provide valuable support, to the team around you Knowledge and experience with CQC If you are interested in hearing more about this vacancy please contact George Pierce on 01706 827 828 or alternatively send me your CV via email george.piercedomusrecruitment.com.
