Otis is currently recruiting for a Branch Manager to lead the Outer London Service Branch. The main goal of this role is to provide leadership and management to a regional team in order to retain and grow existing customers, gain new business and maximise the profitability of their service portfolio. As a Branch Manager, you will: + Develop a long term strategy for their region in order to secure future business opportunities and take advantage of emerging markets + Create and deliver an annual regional operation plan in line with the business strategy so as to maximise the commercial contribution. + To lead process improvement activities across the region, ensuring where possible, economies of scale are exploited and cross functional teams work in partnership. + To recruit, train and develop teams in order to improve overall performance levels and develop necessary talent needed for the future. + Build customer and industry contacts across the region so as to gather market intelligence and inform sales team negotiations and business improvements. To be successful in this role you will: + Ideally have a bachelor's degree in a Business or Engineering related discipline (or equivalent) + Possess management experience and a proven track record of delivering results with full P&L accountability. + Have experience of operating at a senior level with the ability to deliver quantifiable results + Possess strong commercial acumen What can we offer you? + On top of a basic salary commensurate with your experience, you will be eligible for a Bonus, Company Car/Allowance and other corporate benefits, + Otis also offers the opportunity for lifelong learning and progression through our Employee Scholarship Scheme and various other training initiatives.
