Otis is currently recruiting for a service branch administrator. The main goal of this role is to support and develop service field operating system and offer service branch operational support to aid achievement of company financial and safety objectives. As a service branch administrator, you will: Lead and support System and process evolution Support Operational efficiency and Sales growth projects. Lead first line, system support to UK&I System users Standard Work and Process Documentation Branch Support Operational Issue logging and 1st level investigation To be successful in this role you will: Have administrative operational experience in the Lift and Escalator (or similar) industry. Have Microsoft Office experience including Excel. Possess Understanding or previous exposure of service operation and systems. Be an excellent communicator What can we offer you?
