Multi-skilled Maintenance Electrician needed for temporary to permanent shift role - centre in Central London Your new company A leading FM service provider is currently looking for a multi-skilled, maintenance electrician to join their team based at a research centre in Central London on a temporary to permanent basis. This will be working on a shift basis 4 on / 4 off - Days & Nights. Your new role As part of this team, you will be maintaining all electrical PPM's & Reactive maintenance duties throughout this commercial building along with some mechanical maintenance such as AHU's, FCU's etc. Fault finding Lighting & power upgrades Plant room checks Emergency Lighting Fire alarms What you'll need to succeed To succeed for this position you must be level 3 qualified and ideally have 18th edition but will also accept 17th edition. You must have commercial maintenance experience and be happy to work days & nights.
