Service Desk Manager, Help Desk manager, ITIL, Contracting, Bristol, Bath Your new company An exciting/pioneering high profile organisation based in THE HAPPIEST CITY in the UK. They have recently made a huge impact the industry they serve and are now in need of a seasoned, confident and reliable "Service Desk Manager" to join their teams. Your new role You will join on a interim basis to manage and mentor a team of service desk to ensure the robust delivery of ITIL processes. You will be required to provide customer support ensuring that KPI's are met, acting as an escalation point for all requests & Major Incidents. What you'll need to succeed Experience of working in an IT Service Management environment. ITIL Foundation Level (v3 or v4). Experience of working within technically complex environments or on a project with multiple participants. Experience of managing a team including shift management. Experience of working to SLA & KPI measures. Demonstrable track record of maintaining strong relationships with customers, within an IT Service Desk environment.
