Overview
This is a home based Mortgage Adviser role , whereby you will receive pre-qualified mortgage leads on a regular basis. Their central team obtain excellent details on the clients existing mortgage and current expenditure before passing onto the Mortgage Adviser. Once received, you will be able to contact the client to establish your own relationship and organise a convenient time for a client meeting. You should expect to write 2 sales a week and should look to uphold a good protection cross-sale ratio. Requirements to be considered as a Mortgage Adviser Must be a current Mortgage Adviser holding full CeMAP Must have evidence of your previous earnings levels / performance etc Home based role - so must have a good setup at home to work effectively Must have desire to build strong client relationships and seek opportunities The Company This highly experienced management team have formed to establish a new Mortgage Brokerage, focused on creating a successful infrastructure for their Mortgage Advisers to benefit from.
