Overview
Property Manager £30,000-£35,000 Our client, a prestigious well-established Property Management Company based in North West London, are looking for a Property Manager to join their busy team. The successful Property Manager will have a proven track record looking after a portfolio of residential properties which include private and council owned properties. Parking is provided and the role benefits from a generous holiday allowance and salary package. Duties will include; Maintain high standards of personal and professional conduct in dealing with customers, landlords, tenants, local authorities and many other organisations. Provide advice and assistance with regards to tenants, landlord's council's enquiries & complaints Property maintenance management Processing the renewal of existing tenancies Maintain property records and filing systems. Process work orders and billing/payments Maintain deposit and rent reconciliation / collections Issuing and managing Section 21 notices Coordinate the move of tenants into their properties Chase progress on claims, deposits, universal credit and rent schemes Key management Property Manager Requirements: Three years or more experience working as a Property Manager residential property Previous experience dealing with councils, council flats and universal credit (desirable but not essential) Strong IT skills This is a great opportunity for a Property Manager to work for an established property management company in an enviable part of London.
