Are you a motivated professional? Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you available immediately ? If so, this role is for you My client, a prestigious organisation based in Coventry are looking for a Customer service professional to join their team immediately on a temporary basis. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, and will be responsible for responding to calls and emails within the agreed service level. You will be resolving customer queries to the highest standard and accurately record data on the internal systems.
