Overview

We are looking to recruiting for an HR Advisor to join our rapidly expanding company. This opportunity will suit candidates who are well organised and thrive working in a busy environment. Job Specification You will be working closely alongside our Employees, Line managers and key stakeholders, advising on all HR issues, so you must have great communication skills, and love being around people. You will be responsible for the HR function on site. Skills Required Credible knowledge of up to date UK employment legislation Excellent communication skills A positive attitude, open to change with a proactive approach Be able to manage and prioritise a varied workload Be able to adapt positively to changing circumstances Have previous experience of working in a fast paced environment Working experience of managing employee relations cases Benefits Life Insurance Company events & social hours On-site parking 20 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) increasing with years of service. Pension Due to our location your own transport is advisable. Job Type: 40 hours, Full-time, Permanent Contract. Experience: Human Resources experience, 2 years (Preferred) CIPD qualified.
