Overview
Associate Director for Corporate Services, Southampton £70 - 90k plus bonus package We are recruiting for the challenging position of Associate Director, Corporate Services for a fast growing fund management company based in the Southampton area. My client has a strong reputation for staff retention and first class client service levels and is seeking an ambitious professional to join them. The role will have responsibility for leading and developing a team providing accounting services to a range of client companies, delivering the business plan and meeting financial targets. Key responsibilities will be as follows: Client Management: Manage a portfolio of corporate clients ensuring a high level of client Satisfaction Fiduciary Duties: Act as director or alternate director of client companies administered by Corporate Services Team Management: Manage the performance of the corporate service team to deliver agreed business plan and targets Business Development: Support the business development programme by proactively developing client relationships, contributing to cross-selling opportunities and participating in new client proposals and pitches Financials and strategic KPIs: Oversee financial performance of client portfolio and drive profitability Candidates: We are seeking a qualified (ACA ACCA or ICSA) finance leader. Since qualifying within a professional practice, you will offer experience within a Corporate Services role ideally within a fund management or similar business. You will offer sound technical knowledge and understanding of the fiduciary products provided by the corporate services team. Candidates should offer first class team leadership, communication, interpersonal, presentation and IT skills.
