Overview

Helpdesk Administrator. Pertemps have an excellent opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their small and friendly team, based in Saltash. As a Helpdesk Administrator your main duties will be to ensure that excellent customer service is provided to customers, suppliers and all internal departments that come to you for help with queries and support. You will also provide administrative support to the relevant departments and will therefore be able to communicate information verbally or in writing in a professional manner. It would be desirable to speak fluent Spanish or French to business standard and will also be able to speak and write to a good standard of English. Your main responsibilities will include: • Provide a courteous and efficient service to both customers and internal departments by dealing with all enquiries accurately and efficiently. • Maintaining spreadsheets (batteries, collections, stock control, etc) • Process Service invoices for overseas shipments. • Process small sales orders, acknowledgements and invoices. • Process repair quotes accurately and in a timely manner. As a successful Administrator you will need: • It would be desirable to speak fluent Spanish or French to business standard and will also be able to speak and write to a good standard of English. • To be have a good understanding of all Microsoft packages. • Be able to provide outstanding customer service at all times both face-to-face and over the phone. • Excellent written & verbal communication skills. • Previous customer service or administrative experience. This job is on a full-time, permanent basis of 39 hours a week (8.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Thurs and 8.00am – 1.00pm Friday) ½ day on Friday 5 weeks holiday Bank Holidays Competitive Salary, to be discussed on successful application.
